Carlos A. Paz de Araujo, is Co-founder of Symetrix Corporation and a Director. Prior to founding Symetrix Corporation 18 years ago, Dr. Araujo co-founded a fabless semiconductor company, Ramtron Corporation, now publicly traded. Dr. Araujo is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, an Advisory Professor to Fudan University in Shanghai, China, and, an Advisory Professor to Kochi Technological University in Kochi, Japan. He is the Editor of The Journal of Integrated Ferroelectrics and Chairman of the International Symposium on Integrated Ferroelectrics. He received his B.S., his M.S., and, his PhD. in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Araujo has edited two books on Integrated Ferroelectrics, holds over 172 patents and is the author or co-author of over 286 papers. He also has received the IEEE Daniel E. Nobel Award 2006: "For fundamental contributions and commercialization in the Field of Ferroelectric Random Access Memory."

Larry D. McMillan is a Co-founder of Symetrix Corporation, its President Emeritus and a Director.  He is a veteran semiconductor executive with 40 years experience in the industry. Prior to co-founding Symetrix Corporation 18 years ago, he co-founded a fabless semiconductor company, Ramtron Corporation, now publicly traded. Previous senior level management positions held by McMillan include; Director of Engineering at NCR Corporation, VP and General Manager of Microelectronic Operations at Storage Technology, Staff Scientist and Linear IC Production Engineering Manager at Motorola and MOS Operations Manager at Honeywell. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Aquinas College, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and a PhD. from Kochi Technological University in Japan. McMillan holds over 145 patents and is the author or co-author of over 166 publications.

Dr. David R Teplitzky is the Non-executive Chairman of the Symetrix board of directors. He served as S.E. Asian Regional Director for American Cyanamid Corp, and CEO of their Agriculture, Chemical, Lederle Pharmaceuticals, and Formica subsidiaries. He has been active in venture capital businesses and was a director of Australian Technology Group Ltd. He worked with Dr Araujo and Dr McMillan in the formation of Ramtron Corporation in Colorado Springs, and was the first President of that group. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of Macquarie Goodman Group Ltd, Australia’s largest Industrial Property Trust, and a Director of HiTec Energy Ltd. He graduated B.Sc., Eng. (Hon) in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Zealand, and received his PhD. from the University of Sydney. He established the School of Biochemical Engineering in the University of NSW.

Dr. Gato Kano is a Director of Symetrix and also serves as Co-CEO of NexCard Systems Japan. Dr. Kano joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., LTD (Panasonic), in 1961, and last served as Managing Director and Member of the Board. Dr. Kano directed Panasonic’s Electronics Research Laboratory and was responsible for all technologies relating to semiconductors, displays, and lighting. He has been a board director of the U.S.-based Plasmaco Corporation since 1997. Since retiring from Panasonic in October 1998, Dr. Kano has served as a consultant to Panasonic, Symetrix and various venture companies. Dr Kano is a Professor at Kochi University and a Visiting Professor at Hokkaido University and Osaka University. Dr. Kano received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Osaka University. He holds more than 130 patents and has published more than 90 papers. Dr. Kano was the 1995 recipient of the IEEE Fellowship Award for his development of gallium arsenide semiconductors and the commercialization of this technology in cellular phones and related products. Greg Jones is CEO of Symetrix Corporation and a Director. Jones was the recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award in 2006 for his contribution in commercializing ferroelectric devices awarded by the International Symposium of Integrated Ferroelectrics (ISIF). Jones was President of Ramtron International from 1995 to 2005. During his tenure, Jones personally negotiated technology licenses of Ramtron’s FeRAM technology to major chip suppliers (Samsung, Toshiba, NEC, and others), and secured multi-million dollar co-development programs and foundry service agreements (Texas Instruments and Fujitsu). Jones graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy and received his M.S. in Management Sciences from Stanford University.

Patrick Goodman is Managing Director of Goodman Holdings, a major investor in Goodman. The diversified interests of Goodman Holdings Group initially focused on direct and indirect property development and have expanded to include the management of a diverse portfolio across sectors covering aviation, food, rural, private equity, listed equity, infrastructure and financial services throughout Australasia. Patrick is also a director of a number of property investment and management companies in Australia and New Zealand. During his 25-year career, Patrick has gained considerable experience in the public and private sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
